Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Once an order is delivered we usually don’t accept returns. However in some special cases you can write to us at [email protected] about your request. However the decision made by our team would be final and legally applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

In case of a sketch order, user can place a cancellation request till 2 hr of order placement. Post which the cancellation will be accept only till the time our team has not started working on the sketch.

In case of painting orders, we entertain cancellation request till 1 hr of the order placement. Post that the order can be only cancelled by paying a cancellation fee which is determined by our team depending on the request.
